​I get you !

I love going after big dreams too.

For ten years... I worked as a corporate trainer and

a productivity consultant for three billion dollar companies.

But my work life balance was on full tilt!  

When I jumped off of the corporate train

to help my husband produce videos and home school our children I was determined to get more done in less time while having work life balance!  

I decided to go small for BIG productivity! 

I begin to apply a few small things

that transformed the way I managed my time and my productivity

and oh boy, did it pay off! 

 For the next ten years I homeschooled our two kids, 

co-launched a tutorial academy, authored my book FLIGHT,

produced videos in ministry with my husband, 

launched my own online coaching business,

and did this all

while enjoying family life.

Going small helped me produce BIG! 

Now my passion is helping others apply my "All Small" approach

so they can get more done in less time, while balancing their work life 

- AND go after their God-given dreams too!
